Backstory
The word "design" hadn't always been part of my vocabulary, but the desire for creative ownership had always been something I had followed.
It started on a dusty school computer in the early 2000s, layering stamps and dragging pixels in Kid Pix like I was directing my own cartoon chaos. From there, it was customizing Facebook layouts, sketching floor plans in lined notebooks, and replaying game menus just to admire the UI. I was always fascinated by the in-between moments; those moments where visuals drive how people move, feel, and make decisions.
I spent years preparing for a “safer” path, but it never felt like mine. When I finally took a step back to reflect, I was searching for a craft, not a job. A craft that allowed me to design with intention, solve real problems, and create memorable experiences for others. That's what inspired me to pursue Interaction Design, and I haven't looked back since.
My Design Values
Tech-Optimist
believing in design and technology as tools for equity, access, and empowerment
Intersectional
informed by my Filipino-Canadian identity and the many rooms I’ve walked through
Intentional
every pixel, every word—on purpose, and with care
Experience
Currently an Advisor at Hackville, Sheridan’s annual hackathon. Mentoring new leads, shaping creative direction, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Previously led as Social Media Team Lead & Designer, where I crafted visual campaigns, managed content pipelines, and helped grow our presence across platforms. I learned how to move fast, think collaboratively, and communicate design ideas clearly—skills I now bring to every project I touch.

Let’s keep in touch!
Always down to chat design, share playlists, or trade game recs.
Reach out anytime—for a project, a collab, or just to say hi.
Beyond the Screen
I’m not ALWAYS plugged in 24/7 (it just sometimes feels that way).
Offline, I'm still Curiosity-Driven (Just in different ways). Through my own cooking experiments, or zoning out during a boss fight, I'm struck with inspiration from the small, weird and wonderful moments in everyday life.
Moments that remind me to slow down, to be present, to create space for joy (even the quiet kind).
My current quests include:
Trinket Hoarder
adding to my collection of trinkets, treasures, and tiny stories
Digital Wanderer
figuring out a boss fight or rebuilding my Minecraft base for the 5th time
Mouse mode
finding the ultimate cheese (open to recommendations)
Perfume Detective
hunting down my next perfume hyperfixation (l’eau papier)
